Water which exists in all the three forms solid, liquid and gas is a beautiful gift to all the creatures from nature. All living beings require water for their development. We all know the importance of water for us but a few know that a routine of drinking sufficient water brings amazing changes in our body. So understand the importance of water.

Importance of water.

Our body consume water in almost works like digestion, sweating etc. in almost it may be internal and external. secretion of hormones which are controlled by our brain are directly or indirectly depend on the water that we drink. Creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature all these works done because of water. Our skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss. Along with body water highly affecting our brain, the Human Brain is 80% Water. So you can understand from this that how much effect water has on the brain. Just think that a thing(brain) which is made up of 80% of water, if that thing(brain) does not get water then will it work properly.

Benefits of Water

In research it is concluded that when we drink 250ml of water then the working speed of our brain increases by 14%. That's amazing, sufficient water increases our focus level and concentration power. So I will suggest that you drink sufficient water during your working hours. It increases your concentration and productivity, so you will do your work easily. Water also provides energy to our body and brain, and if we drink  6-8 glasses of water a day we feel energetic the whole day.

3 glasses of water in the morning is the healthiest Habit. During the night our body filter a lot of toxins so when we drink water in morning then it help our body to excrete these toxins and one more benefit is in the morning, saliva in our mouth contain a lot of medicinal substance with the help of water it reach to our stomach, this will "increase glow on our face and also reduces acnes".

If someone has hypertension, he/she has to drink 1 glass of water immediately after bathing. For good digestion we have to drink 2 glasses of water before half an hour of our meal. At the end of the day, if we drink half glass water before sleeping then it will improve the working of our heart.

Routine of Drinking Water

There  are two cases (1) you drink 3 glasses of water in the morning and after one hour you again drink 3 glasses of water and think that you have done your today's job today. (2) you drink according to the body.

In case 1 when anyone drinks more water, then his body retains as much water as it needs and  flushes out the rest through the toilet and also in this case you give some extra work to your body system.

The second case 2nd is the best way to drink water.

Not only water in liquid form

There are a number of food items which contain high quantities of water like watermelon and all the healthy food items have minimum 70% of water. Along with water we have to consume these food items also.

That's why eating fruits in breakfast is considered healthy
