You know your habit of managing your mornings can make your whole day better. I will tell you about four habits, you have to follow these four habits in your morning routine. You can also call it Four Miracle Morning Resolution.

These four resolutions decrease your Anxiety, stress, make you more productive and help you to manage your time and day effectively.

So Let's Start.

1. Wake up before Sun rise

The first basic advantage of getting up early in the morning is that we get two hours extra every day. The time just before sunrise is called Brahma Muhurta. And any work done in Brahma Muhurta is done with full focus. At this time the ability of our mind to concentrate is at its peak. But many people are never able to experience this thing due to laziness.

If they wake up early in the morning, they feel that they have not got enough sleep and they feel lethargic. The reason behind this is simple: We are not able to take deep sleep, and because of this we feel lethargic in the morning. And the reason behind not taking deep sleep is some of our habits. Like using the phone before sleeping at night, not having a proper sleep cycle.

And if you wake up early in the morning and watch the sun rise and do this for the next one month then you will find that you have started leading a stress free life.

Research has shown that watching the sunrise may help boost our moods, reduce inflammation and depression, and even help us get better sleep at night.

2. Don't use Smartphone

If I tell you the truth, our smartphone has become a cage for us. And the notifications are like a delicious meal that is inside the cage. And in the wake of notifications, we keep getting trapped in this cage( Smartphone ).

When we wake up in the morning, our mind is completely fresh and calm too.

And if we use our smartphone as soon as we wake up in the morning, then our mind gets filled with useless things.

Checking your phone right after waking up you are priming your brain for distraction. Seeing or reading something negative first thing in the morning can trigger your stress response and put you on edge for the rest of the day.

According to Dr. Nikole Benders- Hadi, “immediately turning to your phone when you wake up can start your day off in a way that is more likely to increase stress and leave you feeling overwhelmed.”

3. Morning Affirmations

Using the phone as soon as we wake up in the morning can affect our brain, but there is also a good habit that will have a positive effect on our brain. And that is Practice Morning Affirmations.

Research has proved that morning formation positively affects our brain and also increases our bill power.

This habit will make you more productive and also help you to manage your time effectively. Now the question is how you can do all your work before noon.

It's simple. Here I am talking about the MITs( Most Important Task ). You have to find your 3 MITs of the day. And your these MITs should follow the 80/20 Rule, it means that these 3 MITs are just only 20% of your work but bring 80% of the results. This simple technique makes you more productive.

And if you wake up early in the morning then you have two more hours before noon.

If you follow this schedule, it helps you to maintain consistency and discipline. And you have a lot of spare time after noon that you can also utilize in doing whatever you want to do, it may be your hobby or anything else. This technique reduces the stress of your work because you completed a major portion of your work before noon and everyday you go to bed with a feeling of satisfaction.

Also with this technique your habit of procrastination will be finished.
