How to develop Habit of Positive Thinking?

In our last two articles, we have come to know how powerful our thoughts are. And also we learned two simple techniques to control our thoughts.

And the most difficult thing is to control your negative thoughts.

That's why in this article we are going to know why these negative thoughts come to mind.

How to develop Habit of Positive Thinking?

So Let's Start.

The Fear

The main reason for negative thoughts is our fear. And when negative thoughts are accompanied by a powerful emotion like fear, that thought becomes a dominating thought.

That's why Murphy's Law says The more you fear The more it will happen.

Observing one thing carefully, at the time of fear we only think about negative results. Along with Fear, there are some other things in which we think only negatively. And these are Stress, Anxiety, Depression and overthinking about something.

Let me tell you about the six major fears which have been told by the author "Napoleon Hill" in his Book "Think and Grow Rich".

1. The Fear of Poverty

2. The Fear of Criticism

3. The Fear of ill Health

4. The Fear of old age

5. The Fear of Death

6. The Fear of Loss of Love

And out of these we are going to talk about fear of criticism.

The Fear of Criticism

This fear never lets you think positively and always keeps you in tension. You always worry about what others will think of you. And the fear of criticism slowly makes you a victim of the inferiority complex.

Inferiority complex This means that now you start doubting your own ability. The Fear of Criticism robs man of his initiative, destroys his power of imagination, limits his individuality, takes away his self-reliance.

What Actually you are is not important for you, What others think about you is your point of concern. And with this Mentality you will never find peace.

The Feeling of Happiness

You will never have a positive feeling with a negative thought, and negative feeling with a positive thought. This simply means that if you learn to live in a positive state then the negative thoughts automatically stop coming.

Now the question is: How can we do it?

We can do it by just following a simple step - And that is make a list of good events and incidents of your life and whenever you feel negative then think about these incidents that you mention in this list. This will definitely refresh your mind and provide you with a positive energy.

Second thing you can do is not think about other people much. Fear of criticism and also your opinions for others harm you in the same way.

Brain is A Factory

Our Brain is like a factory, the ingredient you are putting into your mind will be used to make the final product. In today's world everyone is using social media and maximum use of social media they do is consuming vulgar content. And this content is work as the ingredient of your factory(Mind) and with these gossips our mind only creates negative thoughts.

So the best way that your mind produces positive thoughts without an effort is to stop consuming these gossip from social media platforms. Instead of social Media gossip, focus on training your mind, focus on reading and watching self help content. Join the company of good people so their mindset also influences your mindset in a positive way.

Your Will Power

Our WillPower is like a battery which should be charged again and again after use. And our Mental energy is responsible for the recharging of our will power. So don't use your will power in useless things.

Fear of criticism, opinions and judgment for others, consuming wrong content affects our Mental Energy the Most. And I already discussed these factors.

Some Positive Feelings are -

1. Feeling of Faith

2. Feeling of Love

3. Feeling of Joy

4. Feeling of Acceptance

5. Feeling of Peace

6. Feeling of Enlightenment
