 We know Daily Exercise is good for optimising health. Physical exercises boosts our productivity for the whole day. We feel energetic after doing workout. 

There is also a simple rule of workout that the more interested you are, the more you will enjoy it and more Benefits you get.

But we are unable to do physical exercises due to busy schedule. So in this article I will share some simple simple and basic exercises, which you can do at your home within 20 minutes of time period. I will also share the Benefits of these exercises, so you get motivation to do it.

Running/jogging

Running and jogging is a popular form of physical activity. For this exercise you cannot need to fulfill any environmental conditions. You only need good quality of sneakers

1. Running control the level of almost hormones which improve our mental health

2. Running increases our lungs capacity

3. We sweat a lot during running which help to loss fat

4. It keep our Blood pressure in normal range

5. Increase the immunity

6. Running is the best exercises to get relief from stress

Jumping Rope

Jumping rope is a form of exercise that involves swinging a rope under your body and jumping over it as it passes under your feet

1. Improve coordination between brain and different body organs like hand and legs

2. Boosts bone Density

3. We have to jump again and again also with swinging a rope which enhance Balance

4. During this exercise our whole body perform so it strengthens total body

Squats

There are different varieties of squats like front squat, split squat, dumbbel squats and a lot of more. 

1. This exercise strengthens our lower body

2. Reduce risk of injury

3. Improve working potential of body

4. Boosts athelete ability and strengths

5. Increase running capacity of legs

Push ups and Pull ups

When you do a pullup, you engage your lats, mid-back, rear delts, biceps, forearms, and core. Pushups train your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. So between these two movements, you’ve got the whole upper body covered. 

1. This exercise strengthens joints and Bones

2. Improve our body posture

3. Prevent Lower back injury
