Reading fiction can give you social expertise, by allowing you to step into the world of the characters and navigate through social situations with them.

2. Write down your ideas and Goals

Pen and paper influence your subconscious mind the most. That's why it is said that you should write your goals. Writing down your goals helps you to clarify exactly what you want to achieve, which helps guide your daily actions towards goal achievement.
Wherever Jeff Bezos goes, he always takes a notebook to write his ideas down as soon as he gets them. Amazon has a rule: anyone who wants to suggest a new idea needs first to express their thoughts on 6 pages.
If your goals are only in your mind then they are just an idea, and as soon as you write them down on paper it becomes clear to you how to work on them.

3. Regularly Exercises

4. Stick to A Routine

Here I am talking about both your morning routine and Day routine. It happens with many people that when they wake up in the morning either they have nothing to do or there is a lot of work. And because of these both reasons they get confused. And this confusion affects their Mental energy and productivity.

Similarly, you have to make a daily routine of your Day. I am not asking you to manage your 24 hours, that would also be foolishness.
You have to manage only 4 to 5 hours of your day, and this time should be for you like attending class for students, which has become a part of their daily routine.
