Brahmamuhurta

Brahmamuhurta started 2 hours before sunrise and until sunrise. This is also called "time of God" or "creator hours". During this time our willpower is at Maximum, which will be reduced during the day. Our mind is calm like the environment which is undisturbed.

This time period is also good for students. Students have habits to do late studies, but if they try these hours, they find that their learning power increases. Two hours of study during Early morning is enough to learn things fast and for a long time.

Cosmic Energy

Cosmic Energy or the energy of this universe. The level of cosmic energy is high during the early morning and by meditation we get maximum cosmic energy in our body. This Energy keeps us productive during the whole day and also this energy increases the power of our brain, the power of our subconscious mind.

Meditation is not the only way to get this cosmic energy. If you feel the environment or silently focus on listening during the morning when there is no sound, then you enter into a state where your body starts taking cosmic energy.

During all the day our sense organs send information to our brain. We can't control our sense organs like monks do. But during early morning there is minimum sound pollution and also the air is calm, that's why our mind doesn't get much busy on getting the information from our sense organs and we can use all of our brain energy in a single task. That is the reason that we easily get focused on our work during the morning.

Breathing in Fresh Air

In the early morning the environment is pure and undisturbed. The air is pure and there are a number of benefits of breathing in fresh air.

2. Fresh air helps improve blood pressure and heart rate.

3. Fresh air makes you happy.

4. Fresh air cleans your lungs.

5. Fresh air gives you more energy and a sharper mind.

The Very first thing you have to do is feel Grateful. If you wake up with the feeling of gratitude then the chances are higher that you feel cheerful the whole day and also you attract positive circumstances in your life.

The second thing is you have to make your bed, because when you wake up you find that the bed sheet is not proper and pillows are here and there. And when you set all these things and take a look at your bed which is clean and proper then you get a feeling of satisfaction that encourages you to do another task of your day.
