It also lowers the chance of mental illnesses which is usually found in those who go to sleep late and wake up late. This is also an excellent way of reducing stress because you have already started the day earlier.

2. Make your Bed

In his book “The Power of Habit”, Charles Duhigg stated that “Making your bed every morning is correlated with better productivity, a greater sense of well-being, and stronger skills at sticking with a budget.2″ For such a simple task, it would seem that there can be significant benefits.

3. Proper Sleep Schedule

Many people wake up early in the morning but are unable to remain productive in the morning. And the reason for this is their improper sleep schedule and poor sleep quality.
Waking up early in the morning is not the main thing, managing your morning with productivity and focus is important. And you will be able to remain productive only when you have had a good sleep. So for this you have to make a proper sleep schedule and also you have to improve your sleep quality.
Also, working out in the morning helps you to destroy sleepiness. Going for a walk in the morning also helps you.
If you feel sleepy then don't do Meditation, because meditation is all about increasing your awareness. The only difference between Meditation and sleep is that in Meditation you are aware and conscious but during sleep you are unconscious.

4. Spend 1 hour a day Exercising

If you don't find time for Exercises then definitely you have time for illness. Exercising not only affects your physical health but also affects your mental Health.
Doing exercises in the morning helps you to destroy sleepiness, increases Energy level, boosts your mood and also boosts your Metabolism.
There are many benefits of doing Exercises like - Improve your memory and brain function.
Protect against many chronic diseases.
Aid in weight management.
Lower blood pressure and improve heart health.
Improve your quality of sleep.
Reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

5. Sit in Silence

All day your mind is racing with hundreds of thoughts per minute. And practicing Mindfulness is one of the best habits for your Mental Health. Give your mind a break from all the gossip thoughts that are running in your mind.
I am not talking about Meditation, just 10 minutes sit with yourself where there are no distractions, no smartphone and only you with yourself. Calm your mind and enjoy the silence.
And if you are facing problems in meditating then definitely this technique will help you. During the day our mind is like a stormy sea where it is difficult to swim, but when you calm your mind then it is like a calm sea where it is very easy to swim and also any direction.
Affirmations, visualization and gratitude techniques work best when our brain is calm.

6. Read 20 pages a Day

"Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.” – Joseph Addison.
Reading will strengthen your mind and also increase your knowledge and self-confidence. Habit of Reading increases the focus ability and concentration power of your Brain.
I already told you that our Brain is like a factory and all the things that we put into our brain work as ingredients of the product that our brain makes. So Read good things, read self help books, self help blogs.
Self help books help you to progress in your life.

7. Write down your thoughts before bed.

Today most people use their smartphone and watch TV before going to bed. And this habit affects their sleep quality. If you want to increase the quality of your sleep then stop spending time on screen one hour before sleeping.
And the good thing you can do is make a habit of writing your thoughts before going to bed. Research shows that Writing or Reading
before bed increases your sleep quality.
You can write
Your Goals for tomorrow
Gratitude Journal
This will also help you to calm your mind and when you go to bed with a calm mind then definitely it improves your sleep quality. And when you go to bed with information that you gathered just before sleeping then it affects your sleep quality in a negative way.

8. Learn to Say "No"

All the time your mind suggests you many things to do that are useless, but our mind is suggesting because of only a single purpose to get instant satisfaction. And it may be anything, so you have to learn to say "No" to your brain, it means that you have to increase your self control.
If you are able to control yourself then you can control the whole world.
I remember an amazing quote, "Control your Mind and anything is possible".
Also not only your brain, sometimes your friends also suggest you to go to parties and many more time wasting activities.
Learn to Say "NO" to all these useless things.

9. Thinking Big

You have to make a small change in your way of thinking. Whenever you think about your future, you think about your career, think big. This way of thinking will bring a big change in your mindset.
But remember there is a difference between thinking big and daydreaming. In day dreaming you also think that big things will happen in your life but your mind is not ready to accept it.
On the other hand when you think big then it should be in a proper way so your mind can accept it. Your thinking separates you from the others.
In day dreaming you just imagine that one day you drive a Ferrari, But when I say think big in a proper way it means you think step by step, like first you will learn a particular skill and then focus on your career, grow in your career.

10. Spend time with Yourself

You should take at least 30 minutes for yourself every day. Share time with yourself in these 30 minutes and where there is no distraction and also Keep your mobile phone away from yourself too. By doing this you start to understand yourself better, you start knowing about yourself.
And I think being alone probably makes you aware of your passion. If you want to understand yourself then you should spend time with yourself.
Having time to yourself is critical for growth and personal development. Instead of worrying about the needs, interests, and opinions that others may have, alone time lets you focus on yourself.
