Not having a proper sleep cycle also affects your mental health. Due to which your productivity, ability to focus and concentration power are also affected.
And this is the very first wrong habit that most people adopt - Waking up late at night and then sleeping late in the morning.

2. Refusing to accept Responsibilities

You develop such a mindset that you are afraid to take actions, you are afraid to take responsibilities and when something wrong will happen with you then you start blaming other things like your fate, your parents, your friends.
Taking responsibilities makes you mature. Taking responsibilities makes you aware about your actual potential and your ability to manage things/work.

3. Comparing themselves to others

This is the worst mindset that people develop. Most of the disappointment that they face in their life is because of their habit of comparing themselves to others. They always focus on what they don't have.
And today it has become everyone's habit.
You compare everything with others like you compare your work, you compare your results, you compare your happiness and also you compare the amount of money you have.
And if I ask you a simple question, why are you comparing yourself and your all things with others, whereas there is no benefit of doing this.
And the answer is Because you have also made yourself a part of the race in which you have to be at the forefront. And if you are left behind in anything, then its disappointment suppresses your happiness. And you become sad, even though you have a thousand reasons to be happy.

4. Focus only on looks

And another wrong habit that you adopt is that you want everyone's attention to be only on you. And you think that only your looks grab their attention.
So in this age you focus more on your looks instead of your mindset and your Skills. But remember your skills and your mindset make you a great person not your look.
If you spend time with successful people then you realize that only your Attitude and your mindset helps you to get attention from them not your look.
And there are some things you can do to develop your mindset, like Read self help books, books on mindset, read self help blogs, read stories of successful people's.

5. Mindlessly scrolling on Social Media

Your Mind is like a factory. The ingredients you are putting into it will be used to make the final product. Here the final product means your life. And today from the internet what you are consuming, it works as the ingredients that you are putting into your brain.
Every type of content is available on the internet, you can buy online courses for personal growth, watch podcasts that increase your knowledge, read books online and many more things you can do.
But if you spend your time and your attention just to consume gossip from the internet then quit this habit as soon as possible, because with these ingredients you just make garbage.
One more thing you do wrong with this internet. Today everyone shares his success story on the internet, and you just focus on his success, you skip his struggles and then compare your life with that person. And then you find a lot of reasons which disappoint you. That's why I never see any success stories on the internet. If you want to know the stories of successful people then read their books where you also came to know about their struggling period.

6. Engaging in Gossips

I already shared this quote in some of my previous article-
Small Mind discuss people,
Good Mind discuss events,
But Great Minds discuss ideas.
So what you are discussing, gossip is interesting and sometimes also entertaining. But remember it also works as the ingredients that you are putting into your factory (Brain).
The Author of "Attitude is Everything" explain in his Book that our words highly affects our belief system and also have to role in reprogramming of our subconscious mind.

7. Procrastination

Finally if you realize that you adopt a lot of wrong habits, instead of these you have to adopt some good habits. But still you procrastinate to adopt good habits.
The reason is that your bad habits make you lazy both mentally and physically. So you can't quit those bad habits and adopt the good habits just in one day.
