No one knows how much time you have but definitely you have a certain amount of time.
An Example
If I lock you in a room and there is work for you in the same room and I tell you that the door of this room can open anytime. And when the door opens, if you have finished your work by then, you will get the reward, so it is sure that you will finish that work first and then focus on the rest of the room.
Similarly, if you finish the work first, then for the rest of the day you can do whatever you like.
